Refund policy

Return / Refund policy for custom products:

All sales of customized products are final and can not be returned or refunded.

Custom products Include, but are not limited to: Stamps, Name badges, Name Plates, Keychains, etc.

If your custom product arrived wrong, defective, or damaged; you are able to get a replacement at no extra cost. To get a replacement you must contact us ASAP and return the defective product. We do not offer return postage, but we will not charge postage to send a replacement.


Return / Refund policy for stock products:

We will accept returns for stock items.

In order to receive a refund for a returned stock item, the item(s) must be unopened, un-used, and not damaged.

If products are send back opened, used, or damaged we will be unable to issue a refund.
