The nametags are well made and look nice! However, the ordering system is a little confusing and because of that, I ended up with white text on a black background, instead of the black text on a white background. The images are in one spot and the names that you can select are next to them, so I inadvertently messed it up. The image I uploaded was black text on white background, and I couldn't see a preview of my selected choice before checking out. Because of the discrepancy between my uploaded image and the color selection I (accidentally) made, I wish the company had followed up with me before printing to make sure the proof was correct, as many companies do.
I ordered my stamp online and it was so easy! I opted to pickup and was notified when it was ready. Pickup was simple, in and out in 30 seconds! I will always use them for my notary stamps :)
I ordered a stamp for my stepdad for Christmas with his face on it. This company did a great job! They sent me a proof before making it and even let me submit 2 pictures and choose the one I liked best. I was a little skeptical even after seeing the proof if the stamp would actually turn out good and I couldn't be happier. It's amazing and looks exactly like him! Great customer service and great product, also came much faster than expected!
I had to call after weeks of waiting for our stamp and the person I talked to said that the email wasn't sent properly. So poor customer service, maybe a follow up call after a week of it sitting on the shelf would have been great. It was all paid for online so I was waiting on you guys......

Since you used an email instead of a phone number during check out the customer service team didn't have access to it. I will see what we can do to hopefully fix that in the future.
